IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURED?
Yes. We do not keep any credit card information on file and our orders are processed through PayPal's secured SSL servers.
HOW DO YOU SHIP?
We ship USPS Priority Mail, which will arrive in 2-3 days. Items that are available will ship out in 1-2 business days. Custom and made-to-order items will ship out within 2-4 business days.
CAN I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Yes. You can track your order once it is shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to where you can track your package online.
CAN I HAVE MY PURCHASE SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
No. At this time we only ship to "confirmed addresses". A Confirm Address is either an address at which a User receives his/her credit card statement. Shipping to a Confirm Address minimizes the risk of being paid by a fraudulent buyer.
DO YOU REPAIR JEWELRY?
Yes. We offer a one time complimentary jewelry repair on (Latrice Monique Handcrafted Jewelry ONLY) within the first 30 days you received your items from us. Repairs outside of 30 days and badly damage items will subjected to a fee, due to availability of materials and the degree of repair. Customer is also responsible for all shipping charges.
